Art Fine was the duo of Fabrice Bellini and Rush Blakemann from Tuin, Italy. Inspired by New Wave, dance and electronic music, they recorded their only single “Dark Silence” in November of 1984, released by Discomagic in 1985 and went on to be one of the highly sought after Italo-disco titles.
