    German producer extraordinaire, Roman Flugel, follows up 2011's 'Fatty Folders' with this second album for Dial. "Happiness Is Happening' is an apt title as the electronics enclosed are playful and uplifting throughout. The album is highly accomplished as we see Flugel traverse house, techno, electronica and ambience with ease and cohesion. There are many highlights including the bass rattler 'Parade', the Kraftwerk-esque 'Wilkie' and the melodic beauty of closer 'All That Matters.' Another fine long-player from this veteran of the scene.
