Detroit-born UAE/London resident Darling Farah comes of age with a deadly debut LP!!

Killer deep techno styles, ranging from 70s cosmic synth sounds on 'Aaangel' to the taut dancefloor momentum of 'All Eyes' & 'Fortune' pts. I & II, mining the coiled energy of Basic Channel's pioneering dub techno. On tracks like 'North', "Realised' & 'Bruised', there's wicked excursions into contemporary, bass-heavy swung techno, as practised by Gesloten Cirkel, Blawan or the Frozen Border guys, and the title track 'Body' pits the almost-garage swing of those tracks against meticulously designed dub sounds, for an absurdly deep trip into hypnotic, gorgeous territory.
